Raw Vegan Chocolate Granache Cake
Raw Vegan Chocolate Ganache Cake is a mini cake (16 oz. serves 6) and you will find it in the frozen aisle. It’s the perfect desert when you have guest over for dinner or just for nice treat. Put in the refrigerator the night before or even a few hours before serving.  The main ingredient is Raw Cacao Powder (I use Navitas Naturals Cacao Powder which contains 100% pure cacao powder that is certified organic, kosher, gluten-free, vegan, and raw). The sweetener is maple syrup which is not raw but is sooooo delicious with raw cacao powder it is combination made in heaven!
